Summer 2013 vacation #8

The Westwoods bought a 73 acre ranch.  It is amazing.  We did canoe rides on their 2 acre pond, rode 4 wheelers, saw the awesome reception barn, got eaten by bugs, sweat in the humidity... ha ha it was hot and humid and there were A LOT of bugs but we had a great time. We went there a few times.

 In MO it is never quite because of the Katy Didds, 

that is just the shell of one, but man are they UGLY!

 Karin and I were stuck.  She couldn't row because of her pace maker and I just don't know how to!  Bruce had to come tow us in by a rope hooked to his canoe!  LOL.  We were laughing so hard!

 Chris and Bruce became like another set of grandparents while we were there.  The kids loved them and they loved the kids.  It was fun.

 Glenn actually stayed and helped work. 

 He sprayed the pond for moss. Such a good guy!

 No stairs down!  They will build a deck eventually but for now it is locked...

 Day 2 at the ranch, we rode around the whole property and explored the arena.  Such a fun place they have!  So much potential and SO much work!
