She is here!!!!

 Our Family of 6!!!
 Such a little cutie!
Jalyee May was born on 5/24/12 at 8:08 p.m. Weighed 9 lbs 4 oz.  Height 22".  Head I believe was 14 1/2".  All in all the delivery went well and we are now adjusting to having a newborn in the home again.  Her sisters just adore her and always want to hold her.  My mom, dad and Joy were here to help while I was in the hospital and then my mom stayed to help me until today.  My girls went back to Utah with my parents today and will come back Saturday.  Hopefully I get some much needed rest while they are gone but I sure miss them!  We are excited that Jaylee is finally here and love being a family of 6!

Happy Mothers day!

Before I was a Mom
Before I was a Mom -
I slept as late as I wanted and never worried about how late I got into bed. I brushed my hair and my teeth everyday.
Before I was a Mom -
I cleaned my house each day. I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby. I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous. I never thought about immunizations.
Before I was a Mom -
I had never been puked on - Pooped on - Spit on - Chewed on, or Peed on. I had complete control of my mind and My thoughts. I slept all night.
Before I was a Mom -
I never held down a screaming child so that doctors could do tests...or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin. I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.
Before I was a Mom -
I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put it down. I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt. I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much. I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom.
Before I was a Mom -
I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body. I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby. I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child. I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important.
Before I was a Mom -
I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay. I had never known The warmth, The joy, The love, The heartache, The wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom. I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much before I was a Mom.
I love being a mom!  Thank you to my mom and Glenns mom for being such great examples to me.  I love you both!  Happy Mothers day!

So excited to meet Jaylee!

Any day now we will get to hold and meet this precious baby!  We are excited.  The girls are so excited to hold her and I think they are excited for mom to not be huge and pregnant anymore.  We are all excited for that!  I have had a good pregnancy all considered but I have still been super uncomfortable.  But I know she is worth it and I feel SO blessed that my body has been able to carry my 4 girls to full term.  I know that being a mom is a great blessing and I am thankful for it everyday.  We can't wait to meet you Jaylee May!  You can come any day (minute) now..... lol.

Avengers

Two words:  LOVED IT!!!!!!
Thank you Joy and Grandpa for watching the girls so we could go see this awesome movie!  I can't wait to buy it when it comes out.  The Hulk totally made this movie!  I love super heroes so this was totally my type of movie.

Brylee graduates preschool

They can both fit in the baby swing!  Too funny.
 Balancing the egg!

McKenna tried hard to get it balanced as you can see she figured out a way to keep it from falling.  It was pretty funny.

Kaitlyn, Sophie, Isaac, Brylee, Megan and Westley
All done with her first year of neighborhood preschool.  She loved it.
Cute Lady bug sisters.

I had to throw these last two pics in just because they are so funny!  It is a cousins rockband with an eighties fan???  McKenna came out of the bathroom with all of these headbands on.  She did it herself.  It was so funny!

This is McKenna going through the car wash in Grandpas truck this weekend.  The other two were pretending that the sponges were monsters etc... we look back and this is what McKenna was doing.  SO funny!

Cinco De Mayo

Glenn made a Taco pinata. It held up pretty good!
McKenna wasn't so sure what to do, it was cute.
Brylee loved hitting the pinata but didn't have a ton a power behind her cute little swing!
 Mom and AJ
AJ is really good a hula hooping.  I remember when I was, not so much now!
AJ went crazy on this poor pinata!  She must have a lot of aggression to get out!

The Elders Quorum doe s Cinco De Mayo party every year.  We had like 5 pinatas this time.  Yummy food, good times!  Grandma and Grandpa were here for it.  It was a lot of fun.

End of the school year stuff!

AJ doing her oral report on Belgium.  She did a great job.  She is a born performer.  She loved being up there and sharing what she had learned.
Little sisters getting ready to go watch their big sisters school program in their cute new matching ladybug dresses from grandma.
 Mrs. Merrills 2nd grade class!
 Singing "The littlest worm"
Feeling cool with her prop for the show...
Being funny!

My friend Melanie and I decided to be music moms this year for AJ and Josh's class.  It has been a lot of fun and a lot of work.  We did music time through out the year with 2 classes plus we put together the end of the year class program.  Mrs. Merrill gave us total freedom so it was fun.  We put together a program that focussed on all the kids and their favorite things.  We did a song about favorite foods, did all the seasons, had fun props.  My dad played 3 songs in it on his guitar which everyone loved.  It turned out really well.  I am glad we did it but I am not signing up to do it again anytime soon, that was a lot of work!

AJ's 2nd grade art, well some of it.  She likes creating art.

Ward Party

I had a dance competition in Blackfoot for the ward party but Glenn took all the girls and it looks like they had a lot of fun.  I was sad I missed it! So glad to have a great husband!  So glad my girls have a great father!
