Am I really 33???

Our #1 stop, Dad's for a Twix and the next clue
Stop #2 Indian Head for the next clue
Leo's place for the next clue on the "Dance floor"
Me go down a kid slide 8 months pregnant? Yeah right!
Next clue at "Zurchers" had to wear our party hats!
At Sizzlers with the ones behind all the clues.

For my 33rd birthday Glenn had the idea of doing a scavenger hunt for me.  Thanks to Derek, Mary and Bonnie he was able to pull it off.  We went to Bonnie's and she gave me clue #1.  We left the girls there and started the hunt.  Glenn did not actually plan the hunt.  He had the idea and Derek and Mary were nice enough to put it all together for him.  1st clue took me to Dad's where I had to buy my favorite candy bar and then ask the cashier for the next clue.  That clue led us to this HUGE Indian head.  We found the clue there and it led us to Leo's place.  This was the most creative clue I thought.  We had to go find the "Dance Floor."  I knew they had arcades so figured it had to be the Dance Revolution game.  It was.  It was so funny to see all the people looking at us like we were crazy trying to find our next clue.  We found it and headed to Community Park.  We found that clue and I was supposed to go down a slide.  I faked it, lol.  From there we went to Zurchers and had to try on our best party hat.  We found the last clue which led us to dinner at Sizzlers.  We ate with Derek and Mary and then went back to Bonnie's.  AT Bonnie's the girls had made a cake and decorated the house for a little party.  Glenn had taken the cake mix, decorations, ice cream and drinks there.  He planned it out so well.  It was so thoughtful.  I have the best husband.  And thanks to Derek and Mary for doing the clues.  And thanks to Bonnie for giving us a night out and for helping the girls feel included in planning the party.
My dad & mom surprised me with a Kindle Fire.  I have used it everyday!  It is pretty fun and the girls loved it.  And as I mentioned before Joy printed me my blog book.  Yeah, I love it!  Melanie, Katherine and Tiffany had a little dinner for me and I requested peanut butter cookies instead of a cake and they were so yummy!  I also received many phone calls and well wishes. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so special on my birthday.
I feel so blessed to have so many people in my life that truly care about me! I can not believe I am 33 and about to have another baby.  I always thought I would be done by 30 but thank goodness Heavenly Father had other plans for me.

Angelynn's spring break "late over" with friends.  They had a lot of fun.  Glad we did it.  We made the butterfly craft, watched a movie, had dinner, played games, had snacks and had FUN!
Easter weekend was a busy one for us.  Thayne graduated and we had a brunch / egg hunt at their house.  My family came up Friday and left Sunday.  We had our own egg hunt and we went to the Temple on Sunday to try and remember the true meaning of Easter.  Between Joy, my mom and I we had like 200 pics from the weekend.  I picked just a few highlights.  I love Easter.  I love the true meaning of it as well as the commercial side.  I love that I we got to be around so much family this Easter.  I also love that I have little girls to watch enjoy the holiday.  Little kids make everything so much more fun!

We had the girls come out with their buckets on their head just to be silly!

Beautiful girls in their beautiful Easter dresses.

We fed the ducks on the green belt.  Brylee is such an animal lover!  McKenna and AJ still show some hesitation if the ducks get too close but not Brylee.

Looking at the falls...

Egg hunt at Thaynes....

Joy found these swimming towels for their Easter Baskets.  Brylee wore hers for the whole egg hunt.  Funny girls.

Bucket heads!

Silly face Brylee!

Yes there was snow on the ground this Easter, but not a lot.  AJ flying high!
Digging through their baskets.

Hope everyone had a very happy EASTER!

April Fun

Only April 3rd and we have already had a lot of fun!
McKenna is so goofy right now, it's fun.  She loves the goggles and she fits in a bucket!

Brianne, Amber, Mary and I judged a competition together this weekend.  I like judging competitions because it keeps me involved in dance but when I have 3 of my favorite people with me it makes it that much better!  We had so much fun and got paid to do it!!!
Our group of kids for Easter FHE out at the Allens ranch.  They all listened to the lesson so well, I was really impressed. I love that my kids have such good friends.
Kenna was so excited to find eggs.  It took her a bit to realized she should even try to find more.  She was just excited with first one!
 Kenna checking out her loot.
AJ had fun looking for eggs but she was a good big sister and helped her little sisters find more eggs for their basket too.

Brylee was having a blast looking for eggs and super excited about what she found inside of them! I laugh every time I look at this picture.

This is Brylee's new trick.  I can't do that!

I got my blog book from Joy for my upcoming bday!  I LOVE this gift!  3 years in a row that she has done it and I really LOVE it!  It makes blogging so worth it when I have a tangible book to look through and see the memories.  Thank you Joy!

Easter is one of my favorite times of year.  I am so thankful for the true meaning of Easter.  I am so grateful that Jesus was resurrected and that he suffered and died for my sins.  I know that because he did this I am able to repent and return to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus again some day.  I also love this time of year because we can actually go outside again!  The grass is getting green, we are hearing more birds, seeing more squirrels and my kids are loving playing outside.  Life is good!

Happy Easter and Happy Spring!
